Vinyl-Koat® Roller Sleeves
Vinyl-Koat®’s excellent chemical resistance makes this material especially attractive for corrosive and hostile environments, e.g. battery changers or automated washing systems. By absorbing shock and wear, full roller loads will be effective throughout the coating’s entire life.

Providing the same exceptional characteristics as Koat-A-Roll® polyurethane roller sleeves, Vinyl-Koat® is a PVC roller covering that is a simple, cost-effective alternative to dip coating. With its smooth, uniform 1/8″ wall thickness, Vinyl-Koat® eliminates the inconsistent thickness and surface irregularities (drips, runs and sags) of dip coating.

Secondary machining and bearing contamination are also eliminated as Vinyl-Koat® is quickly installed over assembled rollers.

Stocked in 1/8″ wall 60 Shore A Gray color, 60 Shore Black – Matte and 90 Shore A Blue for 1.90″ and 2-1/2″ rollers.
Additional Vinyl-Koat® sizes, colors, hardnesses and wall thicknesses are available on a special order basis.
