WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR OUR CUSTOMERS?
ISO 9001 refers to Quality Management Systems/Requirements. Many of our customers we serve already require this level of quality.  Every staff member, here at Kastalon works hard everyday to bring the best “quality management requirements” to our customers. With this new 2015 Certification, we can enforce even stronger quality control systems that are already in place to give our customers even higher quality and consistent products.

  1. Our new standards focus on PLANNING as the first step to making sure quality is at the forefront of our processes.
  2. Secondly, we have to DO precisely what we have planned to produce the part.
  3. Thirdly, we CHECK to make sure we did it right. We think of this as our performance scorecard.
  4. The last step is to ACT, which is making improvements based on our last performance.
