A long service life under the most demanding conditions is the principal benefit of our polyurethane roll coverings.

They are hard and tough, able to withstand wear, abrasions, and tearing. They resist water, oil, grease, and chemicals. Best of all, Kastalon Polyurethane rolls have a high load bearing capacity and provide quiet operation.

As opposed to cast finish, a roller’s surface can be ground or machine finished to improve concentricity and surface structure. Depending on the application and environment of the roller, a number of precision ground surface patterns are available:
