Kastalon is a 2nd generation family-owned business built on the premise that the key to success is finding solutions to meet the customer’s needs. Since our inception in 1963, Kastalon has been driven by our mission to be the best polyurethane manufacturer in the United States and to develop loyal partnerships with the customers we serve.

Manufacturing polyurethane products is still a unique and highly skilled process successfully accomplished by only a few. With more that 45 years of technical and field experience, Kastalon has earned industry-wide recognition for engineering, problem solving, patented solutions, and performance enhancement. We work with our customers to evaluate the requirements of their project and actively pursue solutions to reduce hidden costs, improve products, part life, and operating efficiencies. Coupling this expertise with engineering, custom chemistries, design, mold making, and flexible manufacturing makes Kastalon stand out above the rest.

Kastalon is a Certified Government Contractor, also an active member of the Society of American Military Engineers, the Aviation Boatswains Mates Association, the Association of Iron and Steel Technologies, the Material Handling Industry of America Institute, Fabricators & Manufacturers Association International, the Association for Manufacturing Excellence, Polyurethane Manufacturers Association, Aircraft Carrier Industrial Base Coalition, and the Rubber Roller Group.
