Designed to be blown on using a standard pressurized air line, Koat-A-Roll can be quickly and easily installed in your facility by your personnel.

Koat-A-Roll® Conveyor Roller Sleeves

Koat-A-Roll® is a revolutionary non-marking, rugged, "friction-fit" covering for standard conveyor rollers. In addition to damage reduction, the high friction surface provides for more secure conveying. This allows powered conveying at steeper angles and greater elevations, offering a practical alternative to belt or vertical systems. Resilient and cushioning, Koat-A-Roll® converts standard parts into premium components.

Standard sizes range from 3/4" to 4" diameter rollers, in 1/8" wall (also 1/16" and 1/4" wall for select sizes) and several colors.

Stock Materials include:

  • 85 Shore "A" Polyurethane in Orange, Green and Black
  • 70 Shore "A" FDA Polyurethane in Black

For a complete list of stock sizes available, see below.

Additional sizes, wall thicknesses, colors and hardnesses can be special ordered.
