KOAT-A-ROLL® POLYURETHANE CONVEYOR ROLLER SLEEVES

Koat-A-Roll is in stock and available in 83 Shore “A” safety orange & black, 90 shore “A” green polyurethane and “High-Temp” sleeves. Stock sizes include sleeves for 1 inch to 4 inch diameter rollers, in 1/8” wall thickness (also 1/16” and 1/4” wall thickness for most common sizes). Designed to be blown on using a standard pressurized air line, Koat-A-Roll can be quickly and easily installed in your facility by your personnel. Koat-A-Roll is available in 10-foot lengths for field installation or can be custom cut and/or installed by Kastalon. Additional sizes, wall thicknesses, colors and hardnesses can be special ordered.

To simplify the installation process dramatically, we offer a complete line of installation tools. Kastalon K-Lube assembly lubricant, 3580 Bond adhesive and K-Nozzle’s can be shipped with your order.
